Susan joined Greater Phoenix NARI in July 2011 as the Chapter Director. She has worked in association managemement since 2002, representing various trades including concrete, tile & stone, wall & ceilings and pools & spas. It was through her work with these organizations that she and the Greater Phoenix NARI Chapter connected.
She understands the dynamics of associations and boards, as she has served on various professional and trade organization boards in Maricopa and Pima Counties. Most recently, she served as the 2009 president of Arizona Society of Association Executives and continues to be an active member, supporting the association that supports her industry.
Susan is a native Tucsonan and received her degree in Public Relations and Speech Communications Northern Northen Arizona University.
A certified yoga and chi gong instructor, she and is working towards her black belt in 5 Animal Kung Fu. (Susan will take ya down, but she will do it with love and light.)
In addition to the animals she and her husband, James own, she also volunteers in the cat shelter at the Arizona Humane Society.
